Nairobi Pastor’s Conference Comes To A Close…
What an incredible three days of ministry the team just completed. We have watched God lead and direct us as we poured into these pastors lives. Many of them have churches in either the slum or very poor areas of Nairobi. We had the chance to pour into them the power of vision and the potential there is when we dare to reinvent to church and live out what it means to be an Acts 2 church.
Today, I talked about the David and Solomon generation. I encouraged those 50 plus years of age (David generation), to make room for those coming behind them (the Solomon generation). At the end I invited the David generation to pray over the Solomon generation. What a sight and sound of men calling out to God in prayer.
Tomorrow is a travel day through Lilongwe Malawi and than on to Lusaka Zambia. I have no idea of what kind of Internet access I will have in the next few days but keep watching because you never know when there will be more news.
I want to take this time to thank all of those who are faithfully reading the RTC Blog. Many have emailed or added comments to let us know that you are tracking our trip. Please know that your prayerful support is most appreciated!!!
Until next time…
