Goodbye Zambia…Hello Namibia
Finally, I have access to the Internet in spite of the fact that I am sitting in a mosquito friendly hotel lobby here in Lusaka in order to write this blog.
We left Kawbe Zambia today at 4:30 p.m and headed back to Lusaka to catch a few hours of sleep. Wake up call is 5 a.m. Friday so that we can catch a 7:15 a.m flight to Johannesburg and then on to Windhoek Namibia.
What a week we had here in Zambia. There is nothing like being in a room with pastors and church leaders for three days who have a desire to transition their churches from hundreds to thousands. We had incredible sessions together and powerful times of worship and prayer. Perhaps the words of one of the leaders at the end of the conference today says it best: “This team has been a divine appointment and within five to ten years you (the team) will look back to this conference as the beginning of what God started in Zambia”.
On the way back in the car Steve Chaloner said to me: “Well Don, RTC has come to Africa.”
I would love to send you some pictures but it is very difficult with the Internet access presently. As soon as I can I will send some photos that will help you to catch up.
Thanks for your ongoing prayers. Hopefully I will have Internet access in Namibia.
Until next time…
